We love seeing Dr Lexie & Dr Tommy, husband and wife duo, at Optimal You. Our whole family has been working with them since last year and they've been able to help us each address our own health issues using functional medicine. They've guided us through gut health, parasites, food allergies, primitive reflexes and more. I fully trust both of them to care for my toddler- and the rest of the family. They are an asset to our care team.
I did full detox and hormone balancing under the guidance of Optimal You, as well as numerous chiropractic adjustments. Their knowledge, care, and expertise is exceptional. I refer all my friends to them!
I’ve been sick since I was 17 and in and out of the doctors since then seeing a range of doctors as well. Although I have had answers throughout this time which is over 10 years long, working with Dr. Lexie has been the biggest blessing and THE MOST ANSWERS I’ve ever received.
