Luns Pro did a pre-close inspection on a property we purchase in Jacksonville (2064 Monteau) and not only were they on time, they were thorough. I don't think I have ever seen a report done so quickly or laid out so well. I was impressed. I have bought/sold numerous other houses and this inspection was the best by a long shot. They even give you year long warranties on all of the inspections they perform AND centricon termite traps from their partner KingFish pest control. Thanks LunsPro!!! I'm a happy camper!
