“I am now a retired HVAC work leader from a hospital on the coast of Virginia as well as had my own residential HVAC company at the same time. I noticed that the aluminum coils on most equipment on the coast would gaul quickly reducing the average life expectancy from 12-15 years to around 8 years. I mandated use of Bronz-Glow or coils made of copper to get maximum life from the systems often. The cost was well worth the extra life on equipment.“

“?Croft Heating is an outstanding company! In 2023, we purchased our new HVAC system from them. They did a great job, were reasonably priced and super efficient. Then, about a year ago, the thermostat wasn't working properly and they came out and replaced. NO CHARGE. Then, just a few days ago, we realized that the thermostat wasn't working again. We thought it was because we had lost Internet service. And, we were scheduled to have our house inspected within days b/c we had sold it. I emailed Croft on a Saturday, basically hoping someone could come out Monday & fix our issue before the Tuesday inspection. Well, Butch Croft, the owner, responded to my email on Sunday & assured us someone would come out Monday morning. And, it was Butch himself! He found that another house inspector had pulled a wire at the electric breaker box that cut the power. He fixed the issue in 30 seconds!!! And, once again, NO CHARGE. I simply cannot say enough about Croft. They are great to work with and I will never go to another HVAC company. They deserve the highest of praise! I totally recommend them and the marvelous job they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done Croft!!!“

“Our A/C went out on a very hot, humid day. After a call to Air-Masters, a technician showed up, trouble shot the issue, and fixed it in a timely manner! From the initial call, to the highly professional technician, to easy to work with billing, the team from Air-Masters were saviors and we could not recommend them more!“

“Shady work. Didn’t have the right capacitor and rigged a different capacitor in my unit. Then said I had a Freon leak and refilled it supposedly but didn’t identify the leak. I am sure they just wanted to make more money .Year later, the capacitor is going bad. Don’t trust them, find someone else that is honorable. Do not recommend!“

“Wow!!! What a great AC company!!! Del-Air Jacksonville really came through for us today!!! Supervisor Max Morse really trains his employees right. His tech named Adeltram just installed a Hard-Start Kit, Contactor, and Capacitor on our Trane outside AC unit and boy did he know his stuff!!!
Adeltram was extremely kind and extremely intelligent. From now on, I'm ONLY calling Del-Air!!!
