They are more than just A/C! We've used Griffin in the past and continue with our A/C and have always had excellent service, this time it was for Plumbing and we are just as pleased! Excellent communication from both the office and the techs! This is an addition to previous post as we had a plumbing emergency today, was handled within hours and as always we are pleased with the service. We have now also used them for Electrical work and are quite happy to have found a one-stop shop with professionals for all our household needs!
My issue is not yet resolved but Joseph did everything he could to try to get it done! He explained every step of the process and was very professional and empathetic. Happy to continue working with him to get my issue resolved!
I called the office in a panic, because our AC was not working and the temperature in the house was climbing. Laura did all she could to squeeze me in, knowing how important it was to me. Ryan called and came out as quick as he could. He told me the issue, quoted the repair and got the job done - all within a few hours. I'm so grateful I use Griffin and have for the past few years. I continue to be so pleased with their people and service. Thank you!!!
