I think this is the first time I've ever been to any kind of doctors or dentist office where I didn't have to wait 10-30 minutes past my appointment time to be called in. My appointment was at 2:15, I got called into the exam room right at that time (if not a bit early), the exam was fast and efficient - I had a couple suspicious spots removed and I was back in my car by 2:37. That's my kind of appointment!! Staff seemed friendly. Very convenient location.
Everyone there is so friendly! I consider Dr Howard my doctor and he has been very attentive and helpful to me. He did my Mohn surgery and all of my follow up appt which is why I was here today.
Excellent experience all around. My lovely bride was referred on Tuesday and fortunately she was able to be seen promptly on Friday due to a cancellation. The online check-in went smoothly and that showed when we checked in in person.
My wife is in a rather fragile state and our nurse Claire was just wonderful in getting her settled and comfortable. She explained the procedure and what to expect clearly. Dr Warren and PA Keith did a marvelous job and took great care in letting us know step by step where we were at in the process. Highest recommendation.
