These guys do a very good job with men's suits, etc., and their customer service is exceptional. My wife is a regular customer, so they know her, but I use a dry cleaner infrequently, and so I am not known. But when I called them to ask if they could get my sport coat back to me a couple days before it was promised, after realizing I needed it before leaving town, they dropped everything and made it happen. They didn't have to do that, but they did. And the sport coat looked great.
Great people here, the type of people that truly deserve your business. I’ve been using Cedars Cleaners since July of this year and they have been nothing less than extraordinary. From the Owner Charles to all of his team members that hold the place down, they are all stand up people that really do a great job. I once left over $300 in the pockets of one of my pants, I couldn’t get a out of the parking lot before I got a phone call about the findings of that money, such a stand up place for something like that. On top of being great people my clothes are always perfect. I’ll use Cedars Cleaners forever!
This cleaners is scrupulously honest. I accidentally left $50 in my pants pocket. They called to let me know and returned my money when I picked up my cleaning. They always do a great job with an average of a 2 day turnaround. Highly recommend!
