Travis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided a free estimate as promised. I called X Terminator Pest Control about 9:00 on a weekday morning as I discovered what I thought were termites that had infested a wood desk. They were able to set me up with an appointment the same day, and provide a free estimate to treat the issue. Travis came at the appointed time, explained what the issue was, (not termites, and fortunately, not a destructive situation), and explained how to eliminate the problem. Travis was very nice, professional, informative, and I believe his quote was very competitive. I will contact this company again if I have any future issues.
