My dealing with USA tiles in Miami totally different from me dealing with the pompano’s location. This is my first time buying from this location and I would my experience with them nothing but a headache and miss interaction and miss information. I would never buy a tile from this location again!! They still owe me a box of tile that I was supposed to pick up this past Monday but they didn’t have it and apparently it’s for some reason is on back order. Initially I was told that I had 4 pallets of tiles, my contractor picked up 2 pallets and had to take a second trip to pick the remaining 2?pallets, to find out that they were confused and only 2 additional boxes...read full review
Annie is the BEST! She is patient, knowledgeable and gives great design advice. . I did my bougie master bath with USA including a stunning porcelain slab wall and gorgeous universal shower floor. I am ready to do my living room floor with terrazzo porcelain tile next week. I am beyond grateful!
