NEVER EVER EVER use Diana. She has not answered my phone calls or emails in OVER A YEAR. She incorrectly cost my grandma $10,000 and will not help us in any way with getting the money back from the IRS.

Poor customer service to say the least. The receptionist answered the phone "hello? hello? who is this?" without even stating the name of the business or even giving a simple greeting. That alone made me feel like perhaps I had dialed the wrong number or something. I myself had to ask whether or not this was a tax company and then the receptionist abruptly hands the phone over to someone else, presumably the account on duty or the business owner.
