I can't say enough good things about Francis. My job was pretty complicated. It required physically tracking old wiring for the entire house to get to the root of the problem. Francis patiently explained the process of what needed to be done, step by step, so I had a good understanding of the scope of the project. He was the first to get into the attic to assess the situation. To make a long story short, Francis made the wise decision of bringing in a team to assist in making the entire house safe. Mr Sparky always provides the best customer service. Specifically speaking, it was Francis that showed up today and put all my worries to rest. He provided all the information concerning the matter at hand and answered all my questions.
I had the pleasure of working with Kent Saunders. This is actually the second time he came by for an electrical consultation. The first time was for installing a bathroom fan. Although they did not get the job for bathroom fan installation Kent made it his point to make sure that the all electrical issues, not visible to the average person, was fixed. He examined my panel box, outside meter box and outside panel to determine anything that was unsafe, which he did. There were wires that were loose, neutrals tied to ground, old grounding system.
