Having suffered from years of continual ankle ligament injuries I decided to seek professional help. I was impressed with Matt's knowledge and his level of customer service and care. He helped me firstly as a physiotherapist and I decided to try his post-rehab training to really get back on my feet. The personal fitness plan was tailored to my needs and has allowed me to regain my fitness! I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks for all the help guys!

Great service - an excellent and knowledgable physical therapist & personal trainer who helped me to rehabilitate a chronic (left) knee injury. The website was easy to navigate and Mr Lorimer responded quickly to all queries I had. I am back walking my dog pain-free, with added enthusiasm thanks to these guys.
