Holy Cross Medical Group Family Life Office

I like Dr Su Diaz, hes a very good Dr., however the staff and customer service is HORRIBLE. You cant get thru on the line then if you do they act like you are a bother. My last yearly physical I called to make an appointment, although I have been a patient for years I was told there are no openings and we are not taking New patients. Same hour I went online,,,and scheduled an appointment. This week after multiple calls I did receive a call back. Told them my issue and asked to speak to my doctor. That request was denied. She is the best doctor I have ever been too. staff are amazing. Dr. Aurelien is very caring.

She was thorough and listened well. She spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed. Great doctor, would definitely recommend her.
