Great Southern has been taking care of my pest control needs for a full year now and I cannot say enough great things about them! Extremely responsive, very knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy, and all-around a great company!! They show up on time, and take care of the problem in a timely manner. Keeping it simple, but i had to close Friday on my first home, which was exactly three days out. I was using the VA loan to get the home. On Tuesday I was told we needed to treat the front door for termites or we wouldn’t get approved for closing. This was Tuesday! At 4pm! In a panic I called multiple places hoping i could get someone to come out early tomorrow. All I kept getting was “we need to inspect and then schedule treatment” even though I already had a report. I was replacing my roof when I discovered I had live termites! After several quotes, my family and I decided with this company and I’m so happy we did. Sean was super knowledgeable, always available to answer all my questions, and made me feel comfortable enough to trust that my house and my animals and I were in good hands! He was able to fit me in under short notice and was done over a weekend. Made a super stressful time a little easier so I appreciate them tremendously and will recommend them to anyone else with the same issues. Thank you!!!!!!!
