Did not call or show up for out roofing estimate appointment. Then asked to reschedule after the appointment window had passed.

Hired them to take care of the mold found in several apartments for one of the condo complexes that I manage. One of their guys stole money from a property owner. HIS CREW CANNOT BE TRUSTED. The owner was gone for a month to Key West during the entire duration of the project. The GC did not step foot on the property once to overlook the job or if I was satisfied. Meanwhile, they were demanding payment when the work wasn’t even complete. I told the owner that if he wanted a 50% deposit, they would have had to send me an invoice to process payment. The owner himself admitted that they had made a mistake by expecting payment without sending an invoices for a deposit. I... read full review
