Hired them to take care of the mold found in several apartments for one of the condo complexes that I manage. One of their guys stole money from a property owner. HIS CREW CANNOT BE TRUSTED. The owner was gone for a month to Key West during the entire duration of the project. The GC did not step foot on the property once to overlook the job or if I was satisfied. Meanwhile, they were demanding payment when the work wasn’t even complete. I told the owner that if he wanted a 50% deposit, they would have had to send me an invoice to process payment.
