I just had my air conditioning system serviced by Elois of Ferrara's Air. He is a credit to the company. He is very professional, helpful, polite and thoughtful. I will ask for him next time for sure.

Ferrari Air provides excellent service and are good communicators. James R is absolutely the best tech possible. He is capable in all aspects of service, he is personable & friendly, he is prompt, and his explanations are clear. He has helped with issues outside of a regular service check. I cannot praise him enough.

The promised work to replace 2 full A/C n heat units exceeded my expectations. On time arrival, neat and cleaned up after they finished. Very respectful of the condo bld. And my home. One of many reasons as to why my neighbors only recommend this company. The price was better than expected. Certainly a company and staff that takes pride in themselves and the clients
