Chris and his team are magicians. I had pet stains I had hired another rug cleaning company to get out and they couldn’t do it. F&S got them out and actually was more reasonably priced. They are great at setting expectations. They’re not the cheapest but they also aren’t the most expensive. But they are BY FAR the most effective!

My experience with F&S was excellent, from start to finish. The owner Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and the technician was terrific. Anthony did an excellent job and made sure that we were completely happy before leaving. This is not the typical experience I’ve had with other carpet cleaning companies, so wanted to take a moment to write a review and share my positive experience.
