The entire experience with the team from Closets by Design SE Florida was spectacular. They stepped into a tough situation with a very tight project window, caused by a disastrous job from another "custom closet" company—and they absolutely delivered. From working with Alayna on the design and pricing, to Deon who handled the install, to the customer support team who scheduled everything—everyone was professional, responsive, and committed to getting it right. Even when a few issues arose, they addressed them promptly and professionally. High marks for being aggressive with pricing without compromising on the quality of the product or service. If you're ever in the market for a custom closet, you won't go wrong if you choose Closets by Design. Their designer and installation process is on point! My appointment with the installer, Gerson, was perfect. He was prompt, kind, courteous, and very professional. Before he left, Gerson made sure to ask if there was anything missing from the installation, and there was. I thought I'd have to wait a couple of days for Closets by Design to complete my project, but, thanks to Gerson, he left my home and in a couple of hours he returned to complete my project! I didn't have to wait as long as I thought!

Love my closets! The designer, Heather, was easy to work with an did a great design to max my spaces. The installers, Victor and Felix, were fast, clean and polite. Would highly recommend.
