I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate. Above and beyond in everything. Estela and Oscar were the most professional, honest and responsive roofers I have ever worked with. We vetted MANY companies and had quotes with a 50K discrepancy for a new metal roof, Casa Blanca came in as one of the lower proposals but with the most comprehensive items included. They were timely and clean and we have gotten many compliments and have passed out their number to long time neighbors! Would recommend them without hesitation, they installed a beautiful new metal roof in record time for a very competitive rate. Thank you Casa Blanca Construction!
