I am so happy to have found this studio in my neighborhood! The workouts and instructors are great. To me, the best things about this studio is the supportive, inspirational, non-intimidating atmosphere where I have been able to learn to use the reformer and grow stronger. With new instructors and new classes, there is something for everyone. Don't hesitate to try the studio, they are very welcoming!

I did my first barre class ever at Body Couture Pilates & Fitness with Anna and it was great! I found them through ClassPass and felt like I should give barre a try since I hate cardio and prefer to do lower impact exercises.

Amazing local gym! Trying Pilates for the first time back in January lead me to Body Couture and I've now become a Pilates lover. Michelle, the owner, is funny, kind and has an upbeat personality; She is a terrific coach. In addition her team is fantastic and share the same energy. I just love this gym always look forward to a class there.
