My father has been a customer since 2019 (auto insurance with Progressive with very good prices). Nothing to complaint. Their service is fast, easy to deal with and staff members are very friendly and professional. I do recommend doing business with them.
Yesterday I urgently needed to print the car title for some paperwork and at this agency a young woman named Ena (I understood) was super friendly. In a mixture of Portuguese, Spanish and English he explained the entire procedure to us, indicating to the office that it can be done on the same day. After more than 15 years working in the cruise sector, I am completely certain that this young woman is very well qualified to deal with the public - unlike others who barely paid any attention to us. Of course the stars are all for her! Thank you so much!!
