My sales person was Anthony and he was so honest and professional, I knew, it was a good start. The whole process was easy. I got my beautiful ES Hurricane Windows and Doors installed yesterday and I'm very thankful to all the workers. Amanda, from the office, called me and advised me to cover everything with plastic to saved me a lot of work, she was absolutely right. The whole team was very nice and very professional. Assured did a great job on the Town House. I decided to do shutters and a qualified front door. Working with the crew there was great, they were always able to answer my questions, and I ask a lot of questions when I am spending my money. The installs went smoothly including the application for the permits. The guys cleaned up, and they were careful not to damage any of my outdoor lights etc. The company has been is business for a while and that is a plus for me. All in all I would recommend you at least let them quote the job, their pricing was very competitive. I am completely satisfied with their work. C.K.
