I watched one of your trainers use an e-collar IMPROPERLY on a dog. He shocked it for sniffing the grass, and shocked it so high it yelped and dropped down. I watched him hang it from the leash with only its back feet on the ground. I watched that dog’s tail tuck, ears tuck, and shake as it was petrified for a coming correction it didn’t understand. He was shut down working on a basic “heel.” Basic leash manners are taught with exactly that, a leash. Your own website even states that clearly. Very helpful!! I am out of the area that they service but the gentleman I spoke with appeared very knowledgeable. We discussed the targeted issues and he kindly took ten minutes to talk with me. He provided some useful tips that I’ll certainly implement. I wish I was closer because I would definitely utilize their services. Stellar customer service!
