Poor service poor customer service. Very shadey owners they did service work and had problems. So another company came out and said everything done was illegal and no permits were pulled. Stay away from this company the owner Billy is very unprofessional and very unethical.

My sink is draining yet when you put water in it or food in garbage disposal it comes out through sink he was not only rude refused to do anything even though the younger guy saw what was going on, he would have probably done something, I think we need a better plumber! I will ne sure to let Investment limited know about this and Mr. Batmasian

I had a new toilet installed in Nov 2020. I had issues with it and they had to come back out about 10 days later. I guess it depends on the technician but mine charged me for more time than he was actually here. So less than a year and a half later, my toilet started seeping around the bottom. I've never seen a toilet do that before. I tried to take care of it but it continued. I had a plumber come out in March to check it out. He took care of it but it continued. He came back out and said he had had to pull the toilet up. His guess is they cut corners when they installed the toilet. He was right, you guys cut corners. Disappointed in your lack of professionalism.
