We picked Eagleridge based on all the reviews, social media, etc and the experience was amazing. Jen was so helpful and super responsive during the adoption process. We were able to get a live stream of our pup and pictures until we were able to pick him up. He has adjusted to his new home so well. We adore him!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with EagleRidge Golden Retrievers! From the very beginning, Jen was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. She answered every question with patience and detail, and somehow always replied quickly—no matter how busy she must have been! One of the most special parts of the process was the puppy cam. Being able to watch the puppies grow day by day gave us so much joy and helped us feel connected to Finn before we even brought him home. We now have a sweet video compilation of his early weeks, and it’s amazing to see how quickly they grow. During pick-up, Jen went over an extremely thorough and thoughtful information packet, which helped us feel well-prepared for life with a new puppy. She also gave us excellent tips for training and caring for our new pup, including a product she calls “Puppy Perfect Poop”—a gentle supplement that we added to his food to help avoid the usual tummy troubles during the adjustment phase. It worked beautifully—Finn has had no issues, and we’re so thankful for that extra care. Now that Sir Finn is home, we are completely smitten. He is calm, sweet, and has settled in so quickly. He’s already making amazing progress with house training, crate training, and basic commands. His incredible temperament is a true reflection of the love, socialization, and environment provided by Jen and the entire EagleRidge team. It’s clear these dogs are raised with love and intention. The facility is clean, safe, and set up to support healthy development and socialization from day one. We are so grateful to Jen and EagleRidge for our perfect new family member. Finn is truly something special—and we know that’s thanks to the exceptional care and dedication that went into his first weeks of life. We recently purchased a 1 year old from Eagleridge Golden Retreivers. I can honestly say bringing our sweet Honey girl home was the best experience we have ever heard of. From the first communications with Jen Francis to the day we brought her home, we knew this breeder was something special. They care so much about their dogs—from their health and well-being to their optimum nutrition they really do put the dogs first and it shows in the dog we brought home.
