Very thorough as well and makes it easy. Bobbi is awesome with going through the monthly books and payroll etc. And keeps in contact with you if you have any questions. And kalene is great with FDOR (Florida department of Revenue) and responds immediately as well with any questions or concerns. They made ALL the processes easy and now I am using them MONTHLY for all my small business needs.
