I am very happy with their service! Todd was not only on time but also gave us a call 30 min before arrival. He was energetic, friendly and professional. We had some stains throughout our carpets, he examined everything and explained the different cleaning options and what to expect from each. I attached some before and after pictures which show some of the stains that he was able to remove. I will for sure be using them again for my future carpet cleaning needs.
Efficient and prompt, great customer service. A patio sectional, 6 dining chairs and 2 arm chairs in our 4th floor office balcony were in bad shape due to construction debris and USA Clean Master took care of it excellently
Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful with helping me pick the service my family and I needed.Red stains were not able to come up but the carpets over all appearance is 95% better
