The office was inviting, clean and modern. It suggested professionalism but at the same time exuded warmth and comfort.Dr. Nina McKie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything she was doing and helped me to be comfortable with my first optical telemedicine experience.I highly recommend Urban Eyewear Designs.The bonus is that I LOVE my new glasses, thanks to a wide selection of trendy eyewear.
Very new, very clean. I had an appointment and they took me as soon as I arrived. I didn't have to sit and wait around for someone else's appointment or wait in line. The machines they used were super new. They had technology I'd not seen before; very high tech and cutting edge.Everyone was quite nice. Good selection of glasses that were reasonably priced. There's an online form you can fill out before you get there to give them all your information. When you fill it out, you're already in the system with your insurance and ready to go when you arrive. Super organized.
