OMGOSH, Jerameel was a lifesaver. I was in the middle of thinking I could wash a mattress topper and my washer couldn't finish the wash. It was soaking wet and I was desperate to find a drycleaners that would just help me. Jerameel came to the rescue and went totally out of the way to help me out a desperate situation. She was so proactive with saying that she was going to help me and I was SO thankful to her. She called her boss and they were able to just wash it and dry it, no problem. Friendly staff - Opportunities to have 1 free dry cleaning once all the Stars are collected on the Reward card - Mobile notifications letting you know when clothes are ready - Clothes are ready within 3-4 days on regular orders.
I’ve been going to this dry cleaner for couple years now, the ladies that work there have always been nice and respectful to people and price is reasonable. But lately I went there twice the past 2 months, this young guy was very disrespectful. I’m in a process of moving, I came to pick up my clothes and decided the leave a few that I don’t need at this time , he started putting demands that I must paid for all and take them. First he asked, What do you mean you’re not taking everything in such a domineering disrespectful way. He was putting pressure for me to paid for everything.
