“Tech guy Ivry Smith is very unprofessional. I went to replace my phone screen and I specifically asked if it’s OEM, and he said yes. After he replaced the screen I stepped outside into my car while I was leaving I realized that my screen wasn’t OEM like he said. Also all of a sudden my haptic feed back doesn’t work anymore. I went back for my refund and the store was closed and he was no where to be found. Two days later I went back because the store randomly closed the next day after I replaced my screen. I asked him why he lied he insisted that he didn’t and I asked for my refund and he basically said “nope”. Asked to speak to the manager, he said “nope” once again. I went outside to call corporate and once again he decided to lock up the door and leave again. I asked if he’ll be back and he said he’s not sure.Edited: I Contacted HQ and I spoke with Carlos, Very nice and understanding. I wish Ivry was half as professional as Carlos was. Carlos made me feel as if I was an actual customer instead of a money pit. I’m only here editing my review because of Carlos professionalism.“
