Dr. Frione was great, the staff (at the front desk and the technician) were great as well. Made us feel loved and taken care of. Handled our little (old) girl very well. They answered questions we had, explained things in ways we could understand and even printed out information for further explanation regarding a diagnosis. We've been coming to Lakeside for 16 years.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lakeside. My husband and I just adopted a new kitten and they were so extremely welcoming and gave our baby all the love! It's so nice to come to a vet and be treated like family. Compared to the other vets we've been, this is hands down the most amazing one. Dr. Frione is so sweet & caring. She treats our kitty like shes her own. Thank you to the staff & doctor for welcoming us with open arms
I've been going here about 3/4 years(ish). My pup is 11 and high anxiety. The doctors and vet techs here are very gentle and patient. Not only that, but I admit I am awful at keeping track at when next shots are due, etc. Lakeside will text you to remind you to make an apt so you don't accidentally fall off the grid with everyday chaos. With Saturday hours, it's convenient for the busy working single mom. I'd def recommend Lakeside for our fury children. Both Dr. Jennifer & Dr. Towning are fantastic. There is no bad option. Lucky to have them so close to home.
