The lady and gentleman who installed my TV wall mount were punctual, very good people, swift, with the right tools and did a great job installing the TV on the wall. They also brought a blanket to keep the area clean, which the did. I highly recommend them and the Geek Squad for these type services. Great job, thank you guys!!

Their team is really helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a RAM upgrade installed and they installed it quickly for me. As it turned out, the upgrade was a poor choice on my part so I brought my computer back the next day to have the old RAM installed. They were very helpful and attentive, and got my old RAM installed within a few hours. Shout out to Nat, Jamar, Gaby, Emily, and Kaden who all helped me at different times in the process and clearly remembered me as I came in and out. Great place

This is my go to Best Buy location whenever I need an Apple Authorized Service Provider. (More often than I would like to admit) I believe the man that helped me was named Phil? He was extremely informative, concise, & easy going. Don’t go to the Apple Store ever again, trust me. Just get apple care+ on your device and if anything ever happens to it come HERE.
