It was probably the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr Sager is a very thorough and understanding doctor. He addressed my concerns perfectly resulting in a new prescription that worked like my previous one. My last doctor totally screwed up my prescription, glad I kept my original glasses. “Love my frames they have a good assortment. Went to one visonworks in NC and they took my insurance when I was visiting my daughter but wanted to wait til I got home. Same great frames but they refused my insurance. When I went to pick up my glasses had to wait and wait and wait not enough staff. There was only one person checking you in and just handing glasses out but if you had questions or concerns which I did had to wait for the other person who was the manager and trained so the line was long waiting for her. They need more staff for sure.“
