I had never seen such lack of respect for a customer. I had an appointment at 10am with Stephanie. I was brought in the room promptly, was prepped by the technician (I wish I would've gotten her name), and was told the numbing cream was going to stay on my brows 30-35mins (same as it did last time I came)..... By 10:30am, the technician came to inform me that Stephanie was going to get there in 15mins.... 20mins later, I went out and asked what was going on!!! They got on the phone with Stephanie and I was told she was still 20 minutes away!!!!!!!!!! The "manager" was so rude to me and then pretended like she didn't speak English. AVOID at all costs. You don't dare treat people that way.
