I wish I used Bob on previous inspections. He came out immediately, was friendly, and knowledgable. Did his homework on our home before even coming out. The previous inspection company didn't even pull permits on our house. Thankfully with Bob's help we were able to get new quotes for insurance and were told the date of our roof (the sellers told us differently - unfortunately). Definitely recommend, price was great too!

Robert was really really really great! He was extremely detailed and so helpful! Had it not been for him I may have made a huge mistake on moving forward with a property that had a ton of issues. I don’t believe that any other inspector would’ve done a job as thorough or detailed as he did. You can definitely count on Bob as you’re number one home inspector for any and all needs especially when making a decision as important as purchasing a new home for you abs you family.Thank you so much Bob! Bob is great. I was able to get an appointment with short notice, even though it was a holiday. He showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection and provided me with his report that same night! He also was very informative, and explained everything he was doing during the inspection. He had no problem with me tagging along and answered all my questions. I've hired numerous other inspectors over the years, but will only be calling Bob from now on!
