We just closed on our home purchase with Vladimir Diaz and we are very happy with the outcome. There was not a time I called him or emailed him that he did not reply. Although the process was a bit lengthy due to us being self employed, I can recommend Vladimir, because he will tell you things just how they are. He is honest and very responsive.

He's very sharp and is always on top of everything. With so many moving parts in this process from the loan to scheduling viewings, to checking if a condo has enough reserves, to the appraisal, the inspection, and so much more.. it all sounds very overwhelming, but when you're going through this process with Vlad, it's 100% stress free!
