Neither Lulu nor I have been to so such a vet office/service.... we have been to see all the supposed best vets here with no answer ..until now.... one leaves the office knowing you have been under the care of pros...... its even better than the extraordinary service from the web site thank you

Vet spa that’s how I described it to my friends and family .
The place is beautifullllll , it smells so gooood , the waiting area is a cute little hangout with snacks and drinks for both parents and their babies , very hygienic , the staff exceeded expectations, they are very friendly , knowledgeable, they love what they do , they treat pets like their own , my baby Pomeranian for the very first time didn’t shake walking to a vet . She was welcomed with snackies and the front desk assistant took time to say hi as well pet my baby .

Everyone is very friendly, the place is very clean and welcoming, and I did not have to wait 2 hours for the doctor to even come in the room unlike our previous vet.
Unfortunately we have had a lot of negative experiences in the past with the vet. Vet care is not cheap but I feel like their team gave us the time to explore our options instead rushing us to make decisions and guilting us by saying things like “it’s what would do if i cared about my cat.”
They were also very accommodating as i had urgent concerns with my cat and we were able to get a sooner appointment for him to be seen that accommodated my schedule.
