Bascom can be very hectic, but I’d like to recognize the workers and what they do. Especially in the Optical Express, the employees were very helpful and efficient. Laura Muniz was so kind. She took the time to explain the difference in lenses and helped me find the best glasses suited for me. Truly all of the staff was attentive. Despite the volume of people being attended to, I was still able to get my glasses on the same day. I appreciate all of the staff for their help in the whole process. Thank you ?

This is the top hospital and first class doctors! I truly understand the wait time and lack of parking. Staff does a thorough job of moving you along in the process. Yes it takes time but you get world class service from knowledgeable doctors, tech and office personnel. My team of doctors, Dr. Yehoshua and Dr. Welick, are excellent and caring physicians who go above and beyond for their patients. Hernan Pena in the office has always been helpful. Treating patients us not like getting your oil changed, each doctor spends the appropriate and necessary time with each patient. I’ve noticed improvements, and the staff is courteous. However, there’s a need to address the issue of parking for the handicapped. Currently, all nearby parking is allocated for valet parking, which may not suit everyone. It would greatly benefit if there were designated handicapped parking spots near the entry. My elderly mom had to walk quite a distance, which was inconvenient for her.
