JR is in one word "Phenomenal". The dedication and loyalty to his profession/ craft and even more so to his customer base is a trait that has long been forgotten. I have used JR for a number of years now and never once has he not taken my call and/or replied back via text within a matter of minutes. JR was phenomenal. He is very personable and very very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem over the phone. My wife and I with our two kids are new to south florida and JR was referred to us from a friend. If we have any future problems we know exactly who to go to.
