First off, our hygenist was very nice and very patient. My daughter has been to another dentist out of state since she was 1. She is 5 now. The hygenist had a terrible time getting xrays from my daughter. She was gagging and tearing up(not crying, just gagging). Must have spent 15-20 minutes trying and only got 1 sided xrays. Our insurance was billed for xrays and now we have to wait 6 months-1 year for our insurance to cover them again. Now we have no idea what the other side looks like. Never had this issue at our last dentist. I then realized it is because of the outdated technology. Our old dentist used panoramic xrays which are much easier on little mouths. With digital imaging, you can see so much more going on, too! Even their own doctor said that. Secondly, we chose this location off the reviews of the doctors AND the "experiences" she would receive inside a caboose with a friendly furry companion. Come to find out, the dog is only there when the orthodontist is there. The website makes it sound as if the dog is ALWAYS there. This visit will be our last visit. We will stick closer to home and choose a place with digital panoramic xrays. I had high hopes for this place, but it's not what it's cracked up to be. So disappointed I chose this place.

My kids had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so sweet and made it a fun for the kids. My kids keep asking when are they going back
