I met Ray 4 years ago when my old AC unit caught fire and needed to replace the entire system. Ray was recommended by a friend and I have to say that it was one of the best decisions I've made. Strategic Air Conditioning is by far the best AC company I've ever dealt with. Ray and his team were professional yet down to earth. I could tell his honesty in his words. Ray is a man of his word and he stands behind his work 100%. He will always treat you fairly and is honest and upfront. He's gone above and beyond when I've had to call him for service. A few times he actually walked me over the phone to fix the issue, and at the end of the conversation, we'd laugh and he said there.. saved you a service call. That's the kinda man Ray is. Professionalism, honesty, unparalleled work ethics, genuine and someone whom I'd consider a friend now.
If you would like a AC Company that is truthful and not out to just make money off you Strategic Air Conditioning is your Company. I called Velocity AC and as soon as they saw the age of my unit they automatically decided I needed a new unit. They Lied and stated I needed a New Compressor and it worked just fine. I had Strategic Air Conditioning come out the next morning they check the entire unit inside and out. Put Freon in it and we watched it come right out of the coils in my handler. So Velocity Air Misdiagnosed and was going to charge $3,000 for a part I didn’t even need. They also quoted me a new system for $7,900 and continued to call me for 4 days twice a day bringing the price down each time the last price I was given was $5,400. I decided to replace my unit anyways but with Strategic AC. One because they were HONEST. Two they’re customer Service is Top Notch and they answer any and all questions. They did Not tell me I needed a new unit. They said they could replace my coils. I made the decision to replace me unit. I was not pressured. I got my AC replaced with them even cheaper than Velocity’s cheapest price my price through Strategic came in well below their low. Long story short!! #1 CHOICE HANDS DOWN STRATEGIC AIR CONDITIONING!!
Strategic Air have been amazing to our family. they installed new AC over 6 years ago. Our electric bill went down by almost 50% and we run it at 70 degrees all day. in the summer time, it has no issues keeping up until recently. Ray came over, replaced board and sensors and we are blowing snow again. I don't like leaving reviews because I would hate for someone to have a bad experience and blame my recommendation, but Strategic Air is the most honest, professional, reliable Company I have used since becoming a homeowner. I love the Company and how they do business. I have total trust and confidence in taking care of me and the family.
