My experience with plant city housing was nothing but smooth and very professional. I bought a mobile home in May 2022 and it got set up and was done by the end of august. Once the permits all went through which takes forever they finished the skirting on the house in early October. The crew worked very hard in the summer heat. They showed up always early and worked all day.I had an issue with my roof but it was a manufactured error and I contacted PCH and they put in a work order and the manufacturer had to come out but not of PCH fault. After searching months and Going to visit many Manufactured Home Dealers, I finally was in contact with A Gentleman from Plant City Housing. Paul the General Manager went out of his way with trying to help me find the Home I was in search of. It was a Home Built by Champion Homes. Paul called the factory and was able to get me all the information needed to start the finalization of Purchasing this Beautiful Home. Every time I went to visit his Facility he always made time to answer my many questions and never made me feel he was to Busy to answer my questions as busy as they were.
