Top notch service from beginning to end! Customer service is above any I have received! I will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs! I priced compared with other tile stores and they are competitive with their pricing.

I would like to just give my opinion and the experience that I had with this company and the people who were working with me on a purchase that I made recently. It was very good to have a good experience with the economy today and the way people treat veterans has been not great but this time I was treated with respect that is due to a paying customer. I was told that some of the pieces that I was looking at purchasing were possibly damaged and that I would need to be able to use them or I would need to place some on hold for the chance of shortages and this was limited in supply. Asst Store Mngr Mr. Dahlquist was very attentive and provided all the samples we requested. Great customer service and professional advice. Great prices for rigid core vynil floor options, too!
