After taking my computer to another Plant City repair shop with no luck, I'd lost all hope. Blue Thumb not only got my 20yr old computer running great, but cloned the hard drive for a backup. Thanks guys!!
5 Stars: The BLUE THUMB COMPUTER REPAIR shop, located at 116 W. Reynolds St., in downtown Plant City, FL, is great, both for repairs and sales. I've only been back in my hometown of Plant City, FL for a few years since my father, Bobby Watts, passed, and had problems diagnosing wifi connectivity problems, about a month ago (Wed. 3/15/2023), and an employee (I think his name was Joshua) took time to diagnose my problem at no cost. (My XP was simply too outdated to connect to newer networks.) And, the owner, Andre, a U.S. Army Veteran, who served with honour, chatted with us, an oversaw his employees. These guys are amazing. My sons pc was all jacked up and they had it fixed in a few hours. We had some more issues and they helped me twice more. We are up and moving laying games and I’m so thankful for a small town repair shop like them. Thank you !!
