New patient, first appointment at Aspen Dental in Plant City, FL, seeking a second opinion. The entire examination process was exceptionally well done—comfortable, thorough, and with crystal-clear X-rays. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and at ease rather than anxious.
It was evident how well the team works together; there is a strong sense of unity and seamless interaction. I felt valued, respected, and genuinely cared for by the entire support team—Amanda, Julie, Keith, and Dr. Cid. Dr. Cid’s professionalism is authentic, and his knowledge is impressive. Traveling here to Plant city to be with my son and daughter-in-law at Christmas. I broke a back molar. When I got to their home, I called Aspen dental and immediately got an appointment the same morning and they were simply wonderful calming courteous, caring I was taken care of in less than 30 minutes With wonderful results to be able to get back home to my dentist. If I lived in Plant city, they would definitely be my dental office. You won’t go wrong going to this Aspen dental
This is the best dental office. I was so self conscious about my mouth and Dr Sid said something that stuck … “I’m a servant to my patients” never heard a Dr say that. Shout out to Julie, Pop, and Viv all made me feel so comfortable. Looking forward to our journey together 🩷
