Brian is amazing!! He came out and looked at our system after we had 3 other companies come out and said they couldn’t help us. He came out and the next day our new unit was put in and we had cold air in our house by end of the day!! Brian and family are still in ownership and running a great business!!
Johanes was prompt and asked the reason for appointment which it wasn’t cooling properly. I explained what I had done to troubleshoot myself by turning breaker off and back on and checked to see if the unit was draining. I turned thermostat down to 72 and after a few minor the unit was cooling properly. Johanes explained to me was the problem was and hosed the unit all out and checked the Freon and it was good. He is checking on the labor for replacing the fan motor to be replaced at a later date. Overall experience was was pleasant and positive Johanes has expert knowledge of air conditioning service.
I called Alan's on Friday night around 5 pm, after I got off work and realized my air was not working, I take care of my mom who has health conditions, I spoke with Rebecca and told her my issue, including my mom, and it happened to be my son's birthday and I had a dinner to be at. Rebecca took my information and told me she was putting us as the next stop.
