Staff and NP were very nice but my appointment was at 7:30. I was there at 7:26 but the staff was not!!! After they arrived I still had to wait until 8:15 to be seen. Was not happy about the delay at all. If personnel can’t be on time don’t make early appointments. You expect your patients to be on time too.
The Dr. was thorough, took time to explain things thoroughly and help us understand how to manage my daughter's skin issues. Sending us home with cream and ointment samples also provided us an opportunity to see which would work best for her before we filled a prescription or made a purchase. I'm grateful to have found a professional dermatologist so close to home!!
My appointment was straight and to the point. The office ladies were very professional. I received my prescription through drop off delivery straight to my home. A plus service and care.
