On Saturday, Memorial Day Weekend, my a/c system stopped putting out cold air and the thermostat had reached 84 degrees in the house. We have only lived in this area a year and, although I had gotten Jayson as a referral, I had not needed to call him. I called the office number, and it gave me a number to text him, which I did. Almost immediately his office responded telling me Kenny would call. I thought, sure he will. Well, he did very quickly and within about an hour my a/c was diagnosed and fixed. Kenny was very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the issue to me. I am more than pleased and will call Jayson the next time there's a problem with my a/c. P.S. I am in Madison, FL not in Wall, SD (don't know why Yelp shows I am).
