Interim review, may be adjusted. Ray and his group have now done jobs on our house, and have another one in process. Job one was a repair of a poorly implemented repair of a flat roof over our Lanai. Ray indicated that what was done was incorrect, and as an engineering type person I agreed with him. Correction was completed with engineered designed backing material which added pitch to a previous flat roof. Solution has held and we are happy with it.Job 2, remodel of pool bathroom. Quality A+, price very fair. Schedule slipped a bit. I'll trade a bit of schedule for correct work.Job 3 - Partial kitchen remodel. A few issues with the work, Ray has agreed to take care of it.Fired on on the job above due to failure to deliver quality products, incorrect communication, over draw on funds, and attempt to "build" cabinet doors rather than purchase.Job 4 - Roof replacement, going great so far.Grade F, he is not a licensed roofing contractor. The person he brought on to do the work was represented as licensed by Ray, but was not. This lead to a lot of headaches, which were ultimately resolved.Job 5 - Hurricane strapping retrofits on the new roof, watched the work in progress and it was terrific. Price is very fair.Hurricane straps did not have correct nailing implemented, failed home wind mitigation inspection. Freaking stupid to make such a mistake, all the work was in opening up and closing the openings.Job 6 - Gable end hurricane reinforcement, about to comments, confident it will turn out well. I am ok on this job.

Had a meeting and was there on time, but he obviously was running 2 hours late and did not notify me in advance, hence I drove 1 hour there and back for nothing. Bad start for a cooperation - hence I'm done here.

Location was hard to find according to GPS. No sign at the door. Office smells badly from heavy smoking.
