Upcharged on EVERYtHInG!!!!! Our dog is 64 pounds (just weighed) and was charged for “giant breed”. Extra charges for “handlers” when we sat in the parking lot. And could have been asked to help. We have the most unreal gentle dog (Bernese Mt Dog), just turned one. Charged extra for “wiggle tooth/extreme tarter”…not true! And charged for gas. What in the world. All without letting us know, and again, we were sitting right there. And then asked for a tip! Uuuummmm, nope! I called to to contend the crazy, and the poor scheduler had no idea how to answer my questions and hung up on me. SCAM!!! Will never use her again. Ever

Not recommend! Very sketchy and unprofessional services. Be sure to check what they charge you. They lie and upcharge you on services. They left some teeth unclean and did not offer to clean it. Will not return.

Had appointment for elder dog we had thinking maybe we could get cleaning, advised from our regular Vet that it is not recommended due to age and poor teeth... and our dog having chronic kidney disease, I requested cancelation and refund of my $50 deposit......Crickets....no call back or refund. TACKY!
